Shipping Days and Hours

We ship regularly from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (MST).

Holidays and Weekends

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or standard American holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be processed on the following business day.

Order Processing Time

Typically, we aim to deliver orders within 10 business days. During peak times, we strive to uphold our delivery standards; however, please allow for a delivery time of 12-15 business days if necessary.

Back-Order and Staffing Flexibility

In high-demand situations, we may back-order items and will promptly inform you of any delays. To ensure timely order fulfillment without overwhelming our regular team, we may also bring in temporary staff.

Holiday Shipping Cut-Off Dates

We work hard to meet holiday shipping cut-off dates, but orders placed after these dates will revert to our standard shipping schedule.
