Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy and fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your item, we accept returns as long as it’s in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact, and the return is requested within 7 days of receipt.

To start your return, please contact us at jiac03109@gmail.com. Our team will provide you with return instructions, including the return address and a return merchandise authorization number (RMA #). Please do not send any items back before contacting us first and receiving an RMA #, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

If the return is due to an issue caused by our brand, we will cover the return shipping costs; otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping fees. Once your return is received, we will process the refund within 1-2 business days.

Damages and issues：
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable：

As each custom product is made just for you, these items are non-returnable. Thank you for your understanding.

Exchanges：
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment          method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We will process your return request within 48 hours. The refund will be returned to your bank account via the original payment method within 3-7 days after approval.
